Coaching & Teaching
Fix the system. Run it.
Systems coaching for people who are tired of guessing. We fix the setup, document the workflow, and leave you with a clean way to run it.
What this is
Hands-on coaching focused on operations: the setup, the rules, the reporting, and the habits that keep everything running. We work inside your real stack and remove the blockers that waste time, create bad data, or break production.
- Broken workflows fixed and documented.
- Cleaner permissions, access, and ownership.
- Analytics that you can trust, with exclusions and governance.
- A short playbook so you can run it without hand-holding.
What we work on
How sessions work
Inventory. Quick scan of your stack, access, and current pain points. We pick one priority outcome.
Stabilize. Fix the core issue and remove the tripwires. Configure safe defaults where needed.
Systemize. Turn the fix into a workflow: roles, checklists, naming, and a repeatable routine.
Verify. Confirm it works, confirm the data is clean, then document the steps so you can repeat it.
This is coaching, but it behaves like operations consulting. The goal is fewer surprises, cleaner data, and a system you can run.
Who this is for
- Analytics polluted by internal traffic, bots, or misconfigured tags.
- WordPress update fear: backups, staging, and safe rollout habits.
- Email, forms, and deliverability failures.
- Search Console issues, indexing gaps, sitemap confusion.
- Plugin bloat, admin sprawl, or unclear responsibility.
FAQ
Do I need to prepare anything?
Have logins ready and be able to share your screen. If the issue is analytics or email, bring access to GA4, Search Console, DNS, and your mail provider.
Is this coaching or consulting?
It is coaching with a deliverable. We fix the problem in-session and document the workflow so you can run it after.
Can you work with our team?
Yes. Sessions can include key people so roles and rules are clear. That prevents accidental changes later.
Will you provide documentation?
Yes. A short checklist or playbook for the topic we covered, plus any key settings to preserve.
What if the problem is bigger than a session?
We still use the session to triage and get one immediate win. If needed, I will propose a short sprint with a scope and a clear finish line.
Can sessions be recorded?
Yes. Recording is often useful for technical workflows so you can replay the steps later.
